Refund or exchange is permitted within 30 days of original purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
First, call B&L Motorsports at (231)873-3311 to speak with a sales representative. You will then receive a RGA code. Next, ship your returned item to 1920 N. 24th Ave Mears, MI 49436 and include your RGA code and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Notice that credits for purchases may take up to 7-10 days for processing.
If your return is denied, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 businesses days, first contact your card company as some have a hold period before funds are released.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before return funds are released from the bank.
